While painting these star forming intergalactic clouds I was inspired by how Jackson Pollock effortlessly captured movement, contrast and atmosphere in many of his large abstract paintings. I imagined visualizing molecular clouds collapsing before becoming brilliant massive stars as I freely applied many layers of wet paint to this canvas. Nebula
